A real-time motor vibration monitoring system that enables early detection of abnormal faults such as imbalance, misalignment, and bearing damage. The system helps prevent severe failures, reduce maintenance costs, and minimize unplanned downtime.

2. OPERATING PRINCLES
-
Data Acquisition: High-sensitivity accelerometer sensors are installed directly on critical motor locations (such as bearings and motor housings) to continuously measure vibration parameters along three axes (X, Y, Z).
-
Data Transmission & Storage: Collected data is transmitted either wirelessly (via 3G/4G, Wi-Fi, or LoRaWAN) or through wired connections to a cloud-based or on-premise server.
-
Analysis & Diagnostics: Specialized software applies AI algorithms and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to analyze vibration frequency spectra, compare them with standard reference patterns, and accurately identify fault types and severity levels.
-
Alerts & Reporting: The system automatically sends early warnings via SMS, Email, or mobile applications when abnormalities are detected, along with recommended corrective maintenance actions.
